About Me

My Philosophy: I am passionate about helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle. My motto is “Why work harder when you can work smarter?” I design a workout environment that will focus on your goals and not over stress you.

About Me: At the age of 17 I started to compete in body building competitions. From these competitions, I have obtained the knowledge of being able to drop body fat and obtain lean muscle. I graduated from Norwalk Community College with an Associate Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. I am a certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council of Exercise), and assoisiated with IFPA (International Fitness Professional Association), APEX, RENEGADE, and certified in CPR & First Aid. My training tools include TRX, Kettlebells, Weight Lifting, Velocity Ropes, basic machines and cables. My approach to personal training will help you reach your physical goals, improve your nutritional health, and achieve the body of your dreams.

  I believe “the gym” should be a great place to have fun, get excited about your goals, and release the tension and frustration from your body. Previous and current clientele can tell you that working with me involves core strength training, improvement in posture, intense cardiovascular workouts, both upper and lower body strength training, target weight loss, and increased flexibility. For the past seven years I have been working with clients as young as thirteen to clients as old as seventy-five. Being healthy & active has been a part of my life since I was a child. I love being a personal trainer and watch people transform their lives. My goal as a trainer is to motivate and educate my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.
